Whole Roasted Chicken di Elaine - Recipefy

1 chicken
Rosemary sprigs
3 white potatoes

Preparazione → 15 min

Cottura → 60 min

1. Peel back chicken skin and rub garlic butter, add seasonings (fresh garlic, dried thyme, oregano, salt & pepper) & rosemary sprigs under the skin. Put the same into the cavity of the chicken. Chop up potatoes and put around the chicken.

2. Bake at 475 for 15 minutes, then at 375 for an hour. Done!
