Vaazhai thandu pachadi recipe
Ricetta di
1 cup banana stem cut into small dices (with outer thick skin removed)
2 cups yogurt whisked
1-2 green chillies
1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds
1 teaspoon halved urad dal
A sprig of curry leaves finely chopped
salt to taste
oil for seasoning
Preparazione → 15 min
Cottura → 10 min
1. In a bowl, add yogurt and salt. Whisk well
Now add the cut banana stem and keep the bowl aside.
Place a small pan above the stove and add 1/2 teaspoon. When the oil is heated
add mustard seeds and urad dal. Once the splutter and become brown, add the green chillies and curry leaves. Stir
Now add this to the bowl with yogurt and banana stem
Mix well and serve
