Ingredienti

TEQUILA MARINADE
4 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
3 scallions, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lime juice
2 Tbsp tequila
1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
chicken breasts

CILANTRO BUTTER
3 Tbsp butter, melted
2 cloves chopped garlic
3 Tbsp chopped cilantro
1 Tbsp tequila

Preparazione

1. Combine all marinade ingredients in food processor until well blended.
Mix in cilantro and pour over chicken to marinate.

2. Cook chicken on grill and baste with cilantro butter while grilling.

3. Garnish platter with lime slices and sprigs of cilantro.
