Summer fruit cobbler
Ricetta di2 cups of fruit, any combination of blueberries, peaches, blackberries, strawberries, etc...
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup milk
2 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
1. In a bowl, combine fruit with 1/2 cup sugar and set aside.
Melt butter in casserole/souffle dish.
In a bowl, mix (by hand) remaining sugar, flour, milk, baking powder and salt.
NOTE: mixture will be runny.
Pour mixture into butter in casserole dish. Don't stir.
Pour fruit over mixture. Don't stir.
Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
