Strawberry, yoghurt and chocolate dessert

250g strawberries, chopped
15ml caster sugar
50ml sherry
125ml chocolate sauce
rind of 1 lemon
300g Greek yoghurt

Preparazione
1. Mix together the strawberries, sugar and sherry and set aside
2. Mix together the chocolate sauce and lemon rind
3. Line four serving glasses with the strawberry mixture and top with the yoghurt
4. Drizzle with the chocolate mixture and cover with plastic wrap.
5. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
