Steamed artichoke

2 artichoke
fresh grated parmesan
minced garlic

Cottura → 40-50 min
1. Wash artichoke. Cut all ends off leaves and slice the top to get rid of the ends. Also cut the bottom stem off so can sit up without falling.
2. Let the water in the bottom of the steamer pot come to a boil, then add the artichoke in the steamer, add dashes of salt & pepper, and sprinkle with minced garlic. Cover and steam for 40-50 minutes until tender and outside leaves fall apart easily.
3. Remove from heat and sprinkle with parmesan. Serve with heated butter and crab legs.
