Spicy satay peanut sauce

250g crunchy peanut butter
2/3 garlic cloves
large knob of ginger root
1 tsp turmeric
1 tbsp tabasco
large glug of seasame oil
4 tbsp of dark soy sauce
3 tbsp of runny honey
juice of 1 lemon
100ml water

Preparazione → 10 min

Cottura → 0 min

1. Put all ingredients into blender and blend, adding water last so you can get it to the right consistancy. Taste and adjust as necessary - if it just tastes like peanut butter you're doing it wrong!
