80 gr pasta
25 gr salmon soft cheese(like philadelphia or exquisa)
cream
black pepper
spring onion (dried)

Preparazione
1. while cooking pasta, put the cheese in a little saucepan,
2. add a bit of cream
3. add black pepper
4. melt it on a low heat
5. put the pasta and the sauce in a bowl
6. season with the spring onion
7. serve
