150g plain flour
75g margarine
50g sugar
2-3 tbsp milk

Preparazione
1. oven gas mark 5/190c
2. sieve flour
3. rub in margarine and sugar using fingertips
4. stir in flavourings
5. carefully add milk and press to form dough.
6. knead and roll out. cut with a biscuit cutter, prick with a fork and place on a greased tray
7. bake for 10- 12 minutes
8. place on a wire rack until cold
