Scotty's nest eggs

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a muffin tin with non-stick spray. Line each cup with a slice of ham. Top with an egg. Pour in a little cream and lightly sprinkle with basil. Top with shredded cheese. Bake for 20 mins. Toast english muffin halves and put nest eggs on top to serve.
