Rich chocolate brownies

1. Method:
Heat oven to 190 0c/375f/gas 5 line a 8x12 inch roasting tin with baking parchment
Gently melt butter and sugar together in a large pan
Take off heat when melted and beat in the rest of the ingredients
Turn into the prepared tin and bake for 30-40minutes until top is firm but inside is still feeling soft
Cool in the tin once cooked,cut into 2 inch squares when cool
Dust with icing sugar if desired
Tried and tasted recipe they are yummy :-)
