Quina, avocado, beans
Ricetta di Healthy Eating Not Dieting
1/3 cup quinoa
1 cup water
1/4 can black beans- or preferred beans
1/4 avocado
Preparazione → 5 min
Cottura → 10 min
1. Place 1/3 cup of quinoa and 1 cup of water in small saucepan and bring to a boil.
2. Reduce to simmer, cover and cook for 5-10 minutes. (When done the grain appears soft and translucent, the germ ring will be visible along the rim)
3. Place 1/4 cup canned black beans into microwave safe bowl and heat on high for 3 minutes
4. Cut up a slice of avocado, combine 3 ingredients and serve
