Peach and raspberry clafoutis (a kind of pie)

Ingredienti per 6 people

5 large eggs
half cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
250ml milk
125ml fresh cream
3 quarter cup cake flour, sifted
2 peaches cut into 8 wedges
1 cup fresh raspberries
60ml white chocolate chips

Preparazione

1. preheat oven to 180C

2. whisk eggs, sugar, vanilla, milk and cream together

3. slow whisk in flour and mix until smooth

4. pour mixture into 6 ramekins or deep baking dish

5. scatter fruit and chocolate on top

6. bake for 20-25min when in ramekins or 30-35min in baking dish
