Pasta with raclette and spicy bacon
Ricetta di
100g-200g Pasta
Chopped up Spicy Salami
Chopped up Raclette
Garlic
Olive Oil
Chilli
Parmesan Cheese
Preparazione → 5 min
Cottura → 15 min
1. Bring a pot of water to the boil, as soon as the water is boiled throw in three teaspoons of course salt.
Whilst the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil, garlic and chilli.
A couple of minutes before the pasta is cooked.
Throw in the Salami and half of the cheese.
2. Drain the pasta, throw in the heated ingredients, mix well.
Add black pepper and the rest of the Raclette and the Parmesan cheese.
3. The various flavours are lovely in this dish. An alternative to using Salami can be using Pancetta.
