Ingredienti per At least 60 toasts!

Honey makes a refreshing flavoured butter that doesn't taste oily!

225g butter
1 orange
4 tablespoons honey

Preparazione

1. 1. Obtain the zest of the orange. Chop finely.
2. Juice the orange.
3. Combine orange juice, orange zest, honey and butter using a handheld mixer.
4. Serve on toast!

2. Tips:
Make sure the butter is at room temperature.
The mixture will not combine if you mix by hand.
Add more honey if you can't taste it in the mix!
