1 envelope Onion soup mix
2 pounds all-purpose potatoes, cut into large chunks
1/3 cup olive oil or vegetable oil

Preparazione

1. Preheat oven to 450º
In large plastic bag or bowl, add all ingredients
Close bag and shake until potatoes are evenly coated
Empty potatoes into shallow baking or roasting pan
Bake, stirring occasionally
40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown
