Nut roast
Ricetta di
500g mixed nuts and seeds (no peanuts)
175g breadcrumbs
1 1/2 Medium Onions (finely chopped)
4 Tbsp sauce (soy, teriyaki etc)
5 Tbsp Olive Oil
3 Eggs
Freshly ground pepper
1 Clove Garlic
1/4 tsp chilli
1Tbsp sunflower seeds
Preparazione → 10 min
Cottura → 60 min
1. Grease and line a loaf tine (140mm x 240mm). Heat oven to 160C
2. Grind nuts and seeds to look like fine crumbs but still with some texture
3. Mix all the ingredients together(except sunflower seeds)
4. Place mixture into prepared loaf tin. Pack firmly
5. Sprinkle sunflwoer seeds over top. Cover with foil / baking paper
6. Bake for 45 mins, remove foil and bake for a further 10.
7. Slice and serve hot or cold.
