No-bake nutella cheesecake recipe
Ricetta di1 1/4 cups ground graham crackers
6 Tbsp unsalted butter room temp
2 Tbsp nutella
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup chopped hazlenuts finely ground in a food processer
(for the filling:)
2 blocks of cream cheese, softened at room temp
1 cup confectioner sugar
1 1/2 cups nutella
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup heavy cream
(for the topping:)
1/2 cup heavy cream
4 oz semisweet chocolate chip
Preparazione → 20 min
1. 1. In a standing mixer, add crushed graham crakers, butter, hazelnuts, sugar, nutella, mix to combine:
2. 2. Get a 9'' spring foam pan, brush with meleted butter
3. 3.Put crust in spring foam pan: Press down with hands (use ramkin if helpful)
4. 4.In mixer, add cream cheese: Nutella, mix together.
5. 5.Add heavy cream, vanilla extract, powdered sugar; mix again.
6. 6.Pour batter in spring foam pan; smooth out. Cover top with foil, and put in fridge over-night.
7. 7.(The next day)
8. 8.In a bowl, add chocolate chips;
9. 9.In a saucepan, add heavy cream, and let come to a gentle simmer;
10. 10.Pour heavy cream over chocolate; let sit for 2 mins.
11. 11.Take a whisk, and mix together, also add a TSP of butter:
12. 12.Take ganche, and pour over on top of cheesecake; spread to make even.
13. 13.Cover again, and put in fridge for it to set. (hour)
14. 14.Put cake on cake-stand, and put hazelnuts in middle, ^ and sprinkle confectioner sugar around the edges
