2 pkgs of 5 oz skinless/boneless salmon
2 eggs
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
12 crackers
Dashes of Seasoned Bread Crumbs
olive oil

Frank's Hot Sauce

Preparazione → 10 min

Cottura → 10 min

1. Wash green onions and chop up in chives. Set aside 1/4 cup of chives.

2. In a mixing bowl combine 2 pkgs of salmon with eggs, chives, crackers and bread crumbs. Mix together. Mixture should be even consistency, not too mushy or not too dry.

3. Form 4 patties and set aside.

4. Heat up a skillet on medium heat. Cover skillet with olive oil and add patties. Cook until golden brown and flip until golden brown on the other side.

5. Remove from heat and place on plate with paper towels to soak up oil.

6. Serve with Frank's hot sauce. Serve with mashed potatoes and blanched green beans.
