1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust 3 egg yolks 1 (14 oz.) cans eagle brand milk 1/2 cup lime juice 1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip

1. Preheat oven to 325. In large bowl, beat egg yolks with milk, lime juice, and a little green food coloring, if desired. Pour in to graham cracker crust, bake 30 minutes. Cool and chill. Top with Cool Whip before serving.
