Jc's spicy hummus
Ricetta di
1 16 oz can of Garbanzo Beans
1/4 cup liquid from can of chickpeas
4 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoons tahini
3 garlic cloves, crushed
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Cayenne Pepper
Paprika
Preparazione → 8 min
1. Drain chickpeas and set aside liquid from can.
2. Combine remaining ingredients in food processor. Sprinkle cayenne pepper on top. I would start out light and continue to test after blending to get desired hotness. Add 1/4 cup of liquid from chickpeas. Blend for 3-5 minutes until smooth.
3. Place in serving bowl and drizzle olive oil and dash of paprika on top.
4. Can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
