JC's Greek Pizza di Jenn Carter - Recipefy

1 box Jiffy pizza crust mix
1/2 cup warm water
1 can of Hunt's basil, oregano tomato sauce
1 red onion
1 can sliced black olives (I prefer jalepeno flavored olives)
2-3 roma tomatoes
1 jar greek peperoncini
1 bag shredded parmesan
1 bag shredded mozzarella cheese
1 container of tomato basil feta cheese

Preparazione → 10 min

Cottura → 20 min

1. Heat oven to 425.

2. Wash tomatoes and slice thinly. Slice onion into extremely thin slices.

3. In a mixing bowl add 1/2 cup warm water with Jiffy mix and stir until moistened.

4. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes in a warm place.

5. Knead several times on a floured board.

6. Grease pie sheet or a rectangle pan and press dough to edges. Add a crust by pushing both fingers together.

7. Pre-bake crust in oven for 2-3 minutes before adding toppings.

8. Top with tomato sauce. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Place tomatoes, onion, black olives and pepperoncinis. Sprinkle with half of feta container. Sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan.

9. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until crust is golden.
