Italian meatballs
Ricetta di1lb lean ground beef
1 egg
2 tbsp white rice
1 tbsp chicken bouillon powder
1 tbsp tomato bouillon powder
2 tsp italian seasoning
2 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
2 tsp garlic powder

Cottura → 25 min
1. Set a large pot of water to boil. Add the chicken and tomato bouillon to the water.
2. Combine all the remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly.
3. Hand roll the meat into meatballs about 2 inches in diameter.
4. Add the meatballs to the boiling water and boil for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. (Optional) Cover the meatballs with sauce and cheese and broil until the cheese starts to brown (2 to 5 minutes).
