homemade peach sorbet ice cream
Ricetta di6 ripe peaches, cut, peeled, and seeded
1 juice of lemon
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup water
1 ice cream machine
1. *Make sure you take inside bowl of Ice cream machine, and put in freezer the night before*
2. 1. To make syrup: Put water in sauce pan, and pour sugar in it. Stir consitally, until sugar dissolves. When melts, let it cool down completely.
3. *Tip* ^^ "If Peaches are too soft to peel with a knife, make a (+) cross on bottom of each peach, put them in boiling water for 30 seconds, then take them out, and put them in Ice water. That will make it easier to peel skins"
4. 2. In a blender, add peaches, juice of 1 lemon, and cold syrup. Puree till smooth.
5. 3. Pour mixture into Ice cream machine. Lid on, and wait till it's done. Scoop into bowl.
