homemade hash browns recipe
Ricetta di1 large russet potatoes: peeled
1 Tbsp all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp grated onion
1 egg white
1 salt and pepper to taste
1 vegetable oil
1 potato ricer
Preparazione → 15 min

1. 1. Get a big bowl, and fill with cold water.
2. 2.Grate potato, and put shredded in bowl of water; let sit for 5 mins.
3. 3. Take potato ricer, take a handful of shredded potatoes, squeeze hard,and put in another bowl.
4. 4.In bowl, add grated onion, egg white, and flour; salt and pepper. mix together.
5. 5.In a skillet, add vegetable oil; preheat over medium high heat.
6. 6.Take a measuring cup scooper, put in skillet. Use back of measuring cup to flatten out.
7. 7.6 to 7 mins on each side.
