Healthy chicken salad di Forbidden - Recipefy

salad
4 skinless chicken fillets
5ml olive oil
15ml chinese five-spice
200g young green beans, topped and tailed
1 packet mixed salad greens (300g)

dressing
45ml fat-free cottage cheese
45ml fat-free natural yoghurt
10ml low-oil mayo
45ml fresh lemon juice
salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
pinch of sugar or drop of honey

Preparazione → 10 min

Cottura → 25 min

1. salad:
preheat oven to 200C

2. Put each chicken fillet between two sheets of cling film and beat gently with a meat mallet to flatten

3. Brush both sides of fillets with olive oil and sprinkle over spice mixture

4. Put fillets on lined baking tray and roast for 10min a side or until done

5. set aside to cool, and slice

6. cook beans in rapidly boiling salted water for 2-3min. drain and leave to cool

7. combine salad greens, chicken and beans on a platter

8. Dressing:
whisk ingredients
