Grandma janice's best ever meat loaf
Ricetta di1 pound ground beef
1/ cup bread crumbs
1 egg
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup tomato sauce
Preparazione → 30 min
Cottura → 70 min
1. Mix all together and form a loaf. Place in a 9x9" baking pan. Pour sauce over meat and bake 1 1/4 hours at 350 degrees. Basing occasionally.
2. Sauce:
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
1 Tablespoon prepared mustard
3. Mix and add:
3/4 cup tomato sauce
1 Tablespoon vinegar
1 Teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup water
4. The sauce will look too thin, but is perfect after baking. Serve the sauce over the meatloaf and over rice or baked potato.

This recipe was included in the Buchanan cookbook. I use this recipe all the time and it is very good.
