Fusilli with sausage mince and butternut squash

Italian Sausage skinned and broken up
Parmesan Cheese

Cottura → 20 min
1. Sauté the garlic, olive oil and chilli till the garlic is nice and golden on a medium heat.
2. Add the sausage and break it up with the spoon, once the sausage is cooked,
3. add the chopped butternut squash and thyme and cover with the lid whilst the pasta is cooking,
4. this should be done for about ten minutes.
5. Keep shaking the pan without removing the lid every couple of minutes.
6. Mix the pasta in and serve with parmesan cheese.
