2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/8 tsp. finely chopped garlic
2 tbsp. finely chopped green onions, green part only
1 c. chopped sole, cod, haddock, or any other whitefish (1/2 lb.)
1 tbsp. vegetable oil

Preparazione → 10 min

Cottura → 10 min

1. 1. Combine eggs, salt, black pepper, garlic, green onions, and fish in a large bowl and mix well.

2. 2. In a wok or large frying pan, heat oil over high heat for 1 minute. Drop tablespoons of the fish mixture into oil to make 2-inch patties. Fry patties 2 minutes per side, or until firm and starting to brown.

3. 3. Serve hot with vinegar-soy sauce (see recipe on page 37) and rice.
