Egg nog
Ricetta di
6 eggs
1 cup + 1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
3/4 cup brandy
1/2 cup Jamaica rum
2 cups whipping cream
2 cups milk
Preparazione → 10 min
Cottura → 0 min
1. Beat eggs for 2-3 minutes until very frothy
2. Gradually beat in sugar, vanilla and nutmeg
3. Stir in brandy, rum, milk and cream
4. Pour into a jug for serving
5. All ingredients need to be very cold, keep in fridge until time to prepare. I like to make the night before and leave to chill in the fridge. I quickly blend the egg nog again before serving.
