Easy shrimp stir fry
Ricetta di
1/4 cup Kraft Light Asian Toasted Sesame dressing divided
1 package (12 ounces) fresh California stir fry vegetables (snow peas, carrots, broccoli)
1 lb uncooked, deveined peeled large shrimp
1/4 cup chopped Planters Cocktail peanuts
Preparazione → 5 min
Cottura → 9 min
1. Heat 2 tablespoons dressing in large skillet on medium high heat
2. Add vegetables and stir fry for 4 minutes
3. Add shrimp and stir fry 4 minutes or until shrimp turns pink and vegetables are crisp-tender
4. Remove from heat and stir in remaining dressing
5. Sprinkle with nuts
