Cucumbers marinated in vinegar and sugar
Ricetta di Niklaus Gerber
Half a cucumber peeled and thinly sliced (1mm)
15 cl White Vinegar
2 tablespoons of sugar
Preparazione → 5 min
Cottura → 0 min
1. Trust me you will love this.
2. Add the vinegar and the sugar in a bowl
3. Mix it up
4. Split the cucumbers equally in four small balls
5. Add the sugar/vinegar mixture
6. Put it in the fridge until cold
7. Serve as a side dish for spicy food or heavy dishes.
