Crispy asian brussels sprouts
Ricetta di1 lb. brussels sprouts
3 Tbsp vegetable oil
3 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp maple syrup
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 garlic clove, minced
1 Tbsp sriracha sauce
pinch of black pepper
Kosher salt
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees, with rack at top.
Prepare brussels sprouts by trimming base and slicing in half from top to bottom.
Rinse clean in cold water.
Line rimmed baking sheet with foil (makes cleaning much easier) and spread sprouts in single layer.
Coat sprouts with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Roast sprouts for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes to cook evenly.
In a small saucepan, combine remaining ingredients and saute on medium-high heat until thickened (5 minutes).
Remove sprouts from oven when crispy and slightly charred.
Plate sprouts and drizzle with sauce.
