Couscous with raisans

3/4 cup couscous
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup pineapple cocunut nectur
1/2 cup raisans
1 TBL frozen orange juice concentrate
1 small chopped onion
1 TBL fresh mint
1 TBL olive oil

Preparazione → 5 min

Cottura → 20 min

1. Saute onion in olive oil in meduim size sauce pan

2. Add chicken broth, pineapple coconut nectur, raisans, mint and orange juice concentrate

3. Bring to light boil and than simmer.

4. Add more chicken broth, if necessary.

5. Great with salmon!!
