Cloud bread/ keto sandwhich bread
Ricetta di
3 Eggs
3 Tbs Greek yogurt or softened cream cheese
1/8 tsp Cream of tartar
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic seasoning
1/4 tsp onion powder
Preparazione → 5 min
Cottura → 30 min
1. Preheat oven to 300
2. Separate egg whites and egg yolks into two bowls
3. Add cream of tartar to egg whites and whip until stiff peaks form
4. Add seasonings to egg yolks and mix together
5. Add the egg whites into the yolks and fold until combined
6. On a parchment paper covered baking sheet, place dollops of the mixture on baking sheet (about 1/2 cup each)
7. You can use a spatula to spread out the circles into the thickness you'd like
8. Bake for 30 min or until golden brown
9. Let cool for up to 1 hour (But I personally think these taste better the day after) then enjoy!
10. *Store in a ziplock bag in the fridge
