8 oz. cream cheese, softened 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained 1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper 1/4 cup finely chopped onion 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt 1 cup chopped pecans

1. Combine cream cheese, pineapple, green pepper, onion and seasoned salt in bowl; mix well. Chill, covered, for several hours. Shape into ball; roll in pecans. Serve with crackers. May add 1/3 to 1/2 cup chopped pecans to cream cheese mixture.
