Choc caramel slices

250ml self-raising flour
125ml brown sugar
250ml desiccated coconut
125g butter, melted
1 can caramel
150g dark chocolate, melted
50g butter, melted

Preparazione → 30 min

Cottura → 15 min

1. Preheat oven to 180C.

2. Combine first 4 ingredients, mix well.

3. Press evenly into greased 18cm by 28cm lamington pan.

4. Bake for 15min then allow to cool. Spread caramel over base.

5. Combine chocolate and butter, spread evenly over filling.

6. Refrigerate till set. Cut into squares for serving.
