Cheesy stuffed burgers

Ingredienti per 2 large patties

3Tbs Worcestershire sauce
2tsp italian seasoning
1-1/2tsp chili powder
1tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
1/2tsp onion powder
3/4tsp hot sauce
1lb ground beef
1oz cheese, cut into 4 pieces (pepper jack or cheddar suggested)

Preparazione

1. Prepare the broiler

2. Combine the first 8 ingredients

3. Divide into four patties

4. Make a "pocket" in two of the patties

5. Place 2 pieces of cheese in pockets

6. Top with remaining patties, pinching edges to seal

7. Broil, turning once, until cooked through, 8-10 minutes

8. No bun needed, or light wheat buns
