Cheesey hash browns

1 package frozen cubed hash browns
8 oz sour cream
8 oz grated cheddar cheese
2 cans cream of potato soup
1/2 TBSP garlic salt

Preparazione
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Mix above ingredients together, spread into a 12 x 9" pyrex baking dish and bake for 90 minutes

I just made cheesy potatoes for Thanksgiving, its one of my daughters favorites, I use a can of Cream of Chicken soup instead of Potato. Very good both ways.
