Burgers, carmelized onion, bacon, blue cheese

1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup blue cheese
10 white button mushrooms
5 onions
15 slices of bacon
5 medium sweet potato
3 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic
lime juice to taste
cilantro to taste

1. Slice the onions and mushrooms and get them cooking in a tbsp of olive oil over medium low heat. The more caramelized these get, the better. Stir occasionally to keep from burning.

2. As those cook, mix the ground beef and form into 5 patties.

3. Cut the sweet potatoes into wedges, toss with remaining olive oil, salt, pepper and crushed garlic.

4. Cook your bacon, either fry or bake and set aside.

5. We usually grill everything, but you could bake the sweet potatoes - arrange them in a single layer on a baking sheet and cook for 30ish minutes at 450 degrees. Turn or flip them half way through. After they are done, pull them off the grill or out of the oven and toss with cilantro and lime juice.

6. When the burgers are done, top with the onions, mushrooms, bacon and blue cheese. If you hate blue cheese, skip it. Eat the sweet potatoes on the side.

7. This is a big meal, 5 blocks. Enough for a large active man.
