Black bean burgers
Ricetta di15 oz canned Black Beans
2/3 cup chopped onion
1 Large egg White
3/4 Cup unseasoned bread Crumbs, gkuen-free
1/4 Cup soy Milk
1 tsp ground Cumin
1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
3/4 Cup Salsa
1 fruit Avacado, sliced
5 buns Rice Bread
1. 1. Drain black bean and then mash them in a medium mixing bowl.
2. In another small bowl, place bread crumbs in soy milk and stir. Soak for 1-2 minutes before adding black beans.
3. Add egg whites (frotherd), cumin and pepper. Mix until blended.
4. Heat large skillet or griddle with 1 tbsp canola oil. Form 5 - 4oz. patties and place in pan. Cook each side for 3-4 minutes. Serve on gluten free bread with slices of acocado and salsa. hot sauce is am optional add-on
