6 tbsp shoyu (Japanese soy sauce)
6 tbsp sake
6 tbsp mirin
1 tbsp granulated sugar

Preparazione

1. Mix all the ingredients in a small saucepan, bring to the boil and simmer over a medium heat until the sugar dissolves. Remove from the heat and set aside.
