8-10 asparagus stalks (with tips)
Sliced Pancetta (8-10 slices)
3 tbsp of olive oil
2 tbsp of balsamic vinegar
Pinch of Oregano
1 tsp of sugar

Preparazione → 5 min

Cottura → 30 min

1. Wrap asparagus in pancetta

2. Bake for 20-30 mins

3. Mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, oregano and sugar

4. Arrange asparagus on plate and serve with dressing
