Wonton soup

Wontons
400g minced prawns,pork,or chicken or mix,
1/2 tsp fresh ginger
1tbsp light soy sauce
1tbsp rice wine
2 tbsp spring onion chopped
pinch sugar and pepper
1-2 tsp of toasted sesame oil
wonton wrappers (or fresh pasta rolled and cut to size)

Soup
2 litres chicken stock
1/4-1/2 head of iceberg lettuce

1. mince together all the ingredients for the wontons

2. make wantons by placing a tsp of filling into the centre of a wrapper and pulling the corners together.

3. season stock with other ingredients (-iceberg lettuce).

4. Add wontons and cook until they float.

5. Serve by pouring into bowls over the shredded iceberg lettuce, eat whilst still hot.
