White Soured Chicken de Dan Michael - Recipefy

4 pieces of medium-sized Chicken Breast Fillet
1 cup White Vinegar
2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Rosemary
1/2 teaspoon Thyme
1/2 teaspoon ground Black Pepper
1/2 tablespoon Butter
1 tablespoon Chopped Garlic
1/2 bulb chopped medium-sized White Onion
dash of Cayenne Pepper

T. Preparacion → 90 min

T. Cocinado → 20 min

1. For the marinade, mix together white vinegar and brown sugar. Add the chicken and let it sit for 1 hour.

2. Remove the chicken from the marinate and rub them with the rosemary, thyme and black pepper. Let it sit for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

3. Saute the garlic and white onions in butter. Add the chicken and cook both sides evenly until golden brown.

4. Serve with a dash of cayenne pepper.
