Sweet potato casserole

Ingredientes para 8-12
2 to 3 pounds sweet potatoes
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 to 1 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup orange juice
salt to taste, optional
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup butter melted
1 cup pecans
T. Preparacion → 20 min
T. Cocinado → 30 min

Instrucciones
1. Bake potatoes. Peel and mash in bowl.
Combine first 7 ingredients and pour into potatoes.
Pour into baking dish. Make topping with remaining ingredients and put on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
