soft vanilla sugar cookies recipe

Ingredientes para 16 people

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup unsalted butter at room temp.
1 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract

Instrucciones

1. 1. preheat oven to 375* And line (2) Baking sheets with parchment paper.

2. 2.In a bowl, add butter and sugar. Whisk together for a min.

3. 3.Add eggs & vanilla extract. mix for a min.

4. 4.Add flour, baking powder & salt. mix.

5. 5.use a small ice cream scooper, and scoop on baking sheet. Bake 12 mins, then roate (6 to 7 mins left) baking pans so they can cook evenly;

6. 6.Let cool completely.
