Simple and fast chocolate cake

3 eggs
150 g chocolate
150 g butter
100 g sugar
60 g flour
butter-for greasing the pan

1. 1. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler
2. In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar with a whisk or hand blender
3. When the chocolate has melted, removed it from the cooker, and add the butter. The heat from the chocolate will melt it
4. Add the chocolate and butter mixture over the eggs, add the flour and mix everything together
5. Grease the tray and add the mixture.
If you want to make a big round cake, you can use a cake tin or a glass baking tray (i used a glass tray), or you can make multiple smaller cakes, using ceramic ramekins or even mugs (but check if they are ovenproof).
Bake it at 180-200 degrees Celsius. Depending on what tray you use, the baking time varies from 10 to 30 minutes.
If you want it to be gooey and creamy in the center (like the molten lava cake), when the exterior looks baked, you can check the center with a toothpick or a knife, and take it out when it has the consistency you want.
