Seafood baked in shell

¾ lb. scallops
¾ lb. fish fillets
¾ lb. shrimps
T. Cocinado → 10 min
1. Boil in 2 ½ cups water and one tsp. lemon juice
1 tbs. parsley chopped and bayleaf (optional)
6 grains whole black pepper
1 pinch thyme (optional)
Cover, simmer for ten minutes.
2. Drain the sea food.
Strain liquid and set a side.
3. Cut fish and scallops into small pieces.
4. Make white sauce with ¼ lb. butter and ¼ cup flour.
Liquid set aside and milk if necessary.
5. Add 8 oz grated cheese.
Then stir in the seafood mixture.
6. Fill shells or same kind.
7. Sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs.
8. Place in oven at 450 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
Serve when top is browned.
