8 pork sausages
2 oz of shallots
5 0z of button mushrooms
400g can of cherry tomatoes
400g can of mixed beans

Instrucciones
1. Preheat the oven to 200.
Fry the sausages and shallots in the oilin
a flame-proof casserole dish for 5 min until browned all over.
2. Stir in the mushrooms, tomatoes and mixed beans.
Cover and bake for 45 min .
